| Power Steering Services,
Inc. warrants all power steering products remanufactured by Power
Steering Services, Inc. to be free of defects in materials and
workmanship as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle and
the component was installed to factory specifications (excluding
commercial vehicles*). Power Steering Services, Inc. agrees to
repair or replace (at their discretion) any remanufactured unit or
component that fails due to material or workmanship.
This warranty does not apply to units or components that fail due
to installer and/or operator negligence, accidents, alterations of
factory specifications, changes in adjustments, disassembly,
inappropriate installation or failure to flush the power steering
system prior to installation.
Power Steering Services, Inc. will not pay labor claims, shipping
charges, or claims of compensated damages. Warranty claims
must be accompanied by a copy of the receipt.
*Commercial vehicle units are warranted for a period of 12 months
with the same stipulations as non-commercial vehicles. |
